

The iHeart Realty Foundation is the sponsor of iHope QOZ Fund. The Fund currently has capital commitments in the amount of $10 million.
iHeart Realty Foundation has agreed to direct these funds in qualified QOZ property that will deliver significant economic and social benefits to communities of Detroit.
Upon the approval of our projects by the DLBA/City Council. The required project funding will be transferred from international account (Nova Asset) into domestic account (IHRF). Upon clear to close by the DLBA, IHRF shall close on and purchase all said properties.
Upon acquisition and closing of properties, IHRF shall immediately begin development of approved Project. Properties will be constructed within 4-6 months, meeting all DLBA compliance requirements.
